Cheeseburger Pizza
Beef Mince (Serves 5)
500g extra lean beef mince1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder½ tsp paprika1 Tbsp yellow mustard1 tsp tomato sauce
CindaFit Burger Sauce (Serves 2)
30 g Greek yoghurt, Chobani10 g American mustard10 g tomato sauce, Mingle20 g pickles, diced + 30 ml pickle juice
Pizza Topping (Serves 2)
1 low-carb high high-protein pizza base, Coles50 g tomato pizza sauce, Coles100 g cooked beef mince¼ brown onion, finely chopped50 g mozzarella cheese, grated20 g special burger pickles, Coles
Method
- Heat a frypan over medium heat and spray with olive oil. Add the mince and cook until browned.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, yellow mustard, and tomato sauce; stir to combine and cook for a further 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base.
- Add 100g of the cooked mince to the pizza base and spread evenly. Top with chopped onion and grated cheese.
- Bake the pizza for 10 minutes or until the base is crispy.
- While the pizza is cooking, prepare the burger sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a small bowl until combined.
- Transfer the sauce into a ziplock bag and cut one corner with scissors to create a piping bag.
- Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the oven and drizzle the burger sauce in a zig-zag pattern over the top.
- Garnish with pickles and serve immediately.

Peri Peri Pizza:

Ingredients:
1 High Protein Pizza Base, Woolworths80 g Rustic Thick & Chunky Passata, Leggo’s20 g baby spinach45 g mozzarella cheese, shredded, Coles80 g cooked chicken breast, shredded20 g red onion, finely diced15 g Mild Perinaise, Nando’s5 fresh basil leaves

Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper, and place the pizza base onto the tray.
- Spread the passata evenly over the base.
- Evenly spread spinach, cheese, shredded chicken and onion onto the base. If adding mushroom and pineapple, do so now.
- Place pizza in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle with Perinaise sauce and top with fresh basil leaves.

Cheeseburger Bowl (perfect for leftovers of pizza!)

Bowl (Serves 1)
100 g sea salt & rosemary chips, Birds Eye125 g cooked beef mince mixture20 g mozzarella cheese, grated60 g iceberg lettuce or ranch salad mix50 g cherry tomatoes, quartered25 g special burger pickles, Coles20 g onion, finely chopped
Mince (Serves 4, same as pizza)½ tsp extra virgin olive oil500 g extra lean beef mince1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder½ tsp paprika1 Tbsp yellow mustard1 tsp tomato sauce
CindaFit Burger Sauce (or use leftovers from the pizza)40 g Greek yoghurt, Chobani15 g American mustard15 g tomato sauce, Mingle15 ml pickle juice10 g special burger pickles, finely chopped, Coles
Method
- Preheat the oven and cook chips according to the packet instructions.
- Heat a frypan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the beef mince, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, mustard, and tomato sauce. Cook until the mince is browned and cooked through.
- Set aside 125 g for the bowl, and store the remaining servings in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Top the reserved mince with mozzarella and let it melt slightly.
- Combine all burger sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and onion to a large serving bowl; toss to combine.
- Top with cooked chips and cheesy mince, then drizzle with burger sauce. Serve immediately.
