The 42-year-old was found guilty of assaulting a pregnant police officer in Adelaide’s CBD in October 2021.
Cruise previously pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault of the two security guards but was found guilty of intentionally causing harm to Constable Anthea Beck, who was partially scalped during the assault.

The court previously heard Cruise became aggressive to security guards at a Rundle St hotel as the two men she was with were ejected from the venue.
All three left the venue before being stopped by Beck and another officer, who were quickly called to the CBD hotel and were investigating the assault on the security guards.
Previously, District Court Judge Joanne Deuter said Raina Cruise was “significantly intoxicated” at the time of the incident.
Cruise was ordered to serve her term of three years, nine months and two weeks immediately.
She will be eligible to apply for parole in two years.
