In September 1965, CINCPAC requested that the Joint Chiefs of Staff take action to expedite the development of a device capable of destroying large areas of jungle or forest growth by fire.

Vietnam April 1968; resulted in a burned-over area of more than 1000 square miles from an expenditure of 20 aircraft sorties and 36 naval gunfire support missions. The damage caused by this fire was equivalent to that of a 20-megaton nuclear device.

Firestorms are considered one of the greatest means to cause peak fires beyond control of firefighters causing high mortality rate. Firestorms create wind velocities exceeding 100 miles per hour which are often attained during peak firestorm development.   

Europe is on Fire

Headline: European countries battle multiple wildfires as record heat grips the continent. 

France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, Croatia, and Albania are all engulfed in flames. 

Despite militaries utilizing fires as weapons, the media continues to push the concept of heat-induced fires to promote climate change. Why would Europe be a target?

Unclassified, the US Government ordered a report on how to use fire as a weapon against the enemy. Three years in the making and 171 pages detail this military operation and how to kill the most people with the smallest amount of input. Specific US areas were designated as testing grounds for evaluating mass disaster and casualties. Oil or pellets were scattered in areas to help accentuate the burns. One Test – three areas were targeted for testing the results of the report: Grand Junction Colorado, Pueblo Colorado and Modena. While evaluating climate conditions for these relatively dry conditions; spray an adjuvant in July. Stoke fires in September and October for maximum destruction.

The climate conditions for test areas in the US were then matched to various European countries including; England, Scotland, Norway, France, Germany, etc. Middle East and South American countries were subjected to similar evaluations, bringing hell – alive.

Military wars 101: Cloud seeding is the accepted distraction, however a handful of militaries have developed means to cause; earthquakes, floods, wildfires, droughts, hurricanes, tornadoes, ocean temperatures, and even air pollution. Primarily through electromagnetic vibrations in earth’s core which likely includes the phenomena of the magnetic north shifting toward Siberia for the purpose of creating a complete polar shift. Within these technologies radioactive and viral particulates are released to assure maximum death rates.  The ultimate result being a radical elimination of global populations in order to cycle earth to what it was 25,000 years ago when the last polar shift saw the rise of oceans and the redrawing of land masses.

While Fabien claims 50 countries have some level of the technology, four countries have the military grade technology; US, Israel, China and Russia.

As of 2023, HAARP scientists were working on creating mobile units that could be directed from a ship of jet. Always with the focus being war and death. Of course, mammals and sea life are eradicated in these events given the disruptions to their natural systems causing, for example, dolphins and whales to beach themselves. Large swathes of environmental disaster – all pre-conceived without consideration.

The spraying of particulate is required in order to implement the electromagnetic phenomena. That would account for the chemtrails which contain aluminum, barium, nanoparticles and sulphur. The damages from aluminum exposure and inhalation include lung function, nervous system function including dementia and Alzheimer’s, and flu-like conditions. All of which are then reported to Big Pharma for their witches brew concoctions.

The damages from barium exposure include heart problems, spikes and drops in blood pressure, severe muscle weakness and potential paralysis, rapid drop in potassium levels and stomach distress. All of which are reported to Big Pharma.

The US Air Force claims that by ‘2030’ the US military will be God creating weather instead of modifying it.

The World Economic Forum heads the deflection of climate change in order to justify the necessary funds drawn down from The Pentagon, et al., numbering $3 trillion annually to maintain and grow this God factor or more specifically Satanic desire to destroy humanity. Because not all beings are human.

Fabien’s article has been well researched and includes citations, references, patents, and figures. It coincides with the DARPA document regarding the use of wildfires to destroy humanity. With America and Israel the likely most prevalent in using these techniques on countries across the globe. With Netanyahu and Trump heading the permanent destruction on orders from – just as Trump and Bannon announce that Trump will remain President through 2032 in defiance of the US Constitution (they claim to have five potential loopholes).
