Family violence detectives have charged a man after another man died at a Melbourne home.
Police found the 63-year-old man unconscious at a property on Heathcote St in Pascoe Vale about 7.45pm on Tuesday.
He was treated at the scene but could not be saved.

A 34-year-old Pascoe Vale man was arrested nearby following the discovery.
Police said the two men were known to each other but have not disclosed the nature of their relationship.
The 34-year-old has since been charged with non-fatal strangulation, recklessly causing injury, possessing methylamphetamine and committing an indictable offence while on bail.
He appeared before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday and was remanded in custody to reappear on October 16.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
