AFL great and Channel 7 commentator Kane Cornes has raised the alarm over Port Adelaide captain’s Connor Rozee recovery from hamstring surgery.
Rozee suffered a serious hamstring injury in Round 2 this year and subsequently missed the remainder of the season after the discovery of a nerve issue in June.

News emerged this week that the 26-year-old has travelled to England to work with hamstring specialists as he continues his recovery, over 200 days since suffering the injury.
The two-time All-Australian has made the trip to the UK with high-performance boss Tim Parham, who previously worked for Arsenal.
Cornes conceded he was concerned by the situation.
“I’m a 7 out of 10. It’s clearly not healing properly,” he said on SEN.
Cornes then sarcastically added: “Another one of those long-term deals that works out really well for the clubs that get sucked in.”
Despite the latest development, Port Adelaide remain confident the superstar will make a full recovery and be back for pre-season training.
Rozee recently spoke to 7NEWS about his recovery.
Be the first to know:
“I’m in a pretty good spot to be honest. If we were back training now, I’d be in some drills and doing a bit,” he told 7NEWS earlier this month.
“As soon as we knew it was a nerve issue, we always knew it would be a long process.
“Pretty much everyone I’ve seen has said you’ll get back to pretty much 100 per cent. It might take a few months here or a few weeks there.
“I’m pretty much almost sprinting. It’s just getting a bit of strength back in my muscle now over pre-season.
“So, I’ll start to filter back into normal running and normal training.”
