Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty has officially landed in Melbourne in a bigger way, with the opening of Fenty Beauty Lane at Myer Melbourne bringing the brand’s signature beauty experiences to Australia for the first time.

More than a traditional beauty counter, the new destination is Fenty Beauty’s first Australian concept store and the fourth Fenty Beauty concept store globally.

It has been designed as an immersive space celebrating Melbourne’s creative culture, with the city’s famous street art scene providing the inspiration.

The centrepiece is a bespoke mural of Fenty Beauty founder Rihanna created by local graffiti artist Jeswri, giving the store a distinctly Melbourne feel.

For beauty shoppers, however, the biggest draw may be the new Fenty Beauty service menu.

Book an appointment with a Fenty Beauty Pro Artist

For the first time in Australia, customers can book an appointment with a specially trained Fenty Beauty Pro Artist, including a complimentary 10-minute facial.

The Island Glow Skin Prep is designed to leave skin looking fresh, hydrated and glowing using Fenty Skin products.

The treatment includes a gentle cleanse, toner and treatment step, followed by moisturiser and massage.

It takes just 10 minutes and, importantly for anyone squeezing a beauty appointment into a shopping trip, there is no charge.

The Fenty Glow Routine

For those wanting more than a quick skin refresh, there are two paid experiences available. The Fenty Glow Routine runs for 60 minutes and costs $100, with the full amount redeemable on Fenty products purchased on the day of the booking.

The session includes the Island Glow Skin Prep followed by personalised makeup guidance, foundation matching, blush, contour and highlight, setting and finishing touches.

It is designed as something between a makeup lesson and a full Fenty beauty experience.

Rihanna’s Full Glam

Then there is Rihanna’s Full Glam, a 90-minute experience priced at $150, also fully redeemable on product purchased on the day.

The appointment follows the same skin-prep and complexion steps before moving into a complete Rihanna-inspired makeup transformation.

The arrival of Fenty Beauty Lane also coincides with several new product launches at Myer.

Among them is an expanded neutral shade range of the Gloss Bomb Stix, designed to complement a wide range of skin tones.

Fenty Body Collection

Fenty Skin is also expanding beyond facial skincare with its new Body Collection, which includes body wash, bubble bath and body mists. For fragrance fans, Fenty Eau de Parfum is also available exclusively in Australia at Myer.

The Melbourne concept store takes that partnership a step further by creating a dedicated destination rather than simply adding the brand to an existing beauty floor.

It is also very much in keeping with the Fenty Beauty philosophy that beauty should be accessible and inclusive.

Fenty Beauty Lane is expected to evolve beyond its opening, with exclusive experiences, sampling opportunities and community events planned for the space.

And if the free facial is the thing that gets you through the doors, there is always the possibility of leaving with a new Gloss Bomb Stix, body mist or fragrance, too.
