Straight out of the box and into the fridge, I quickly decided on the Classic Pork Schnitzel & Truffle Mash for Monday night’s dinner.

Just like all of EveryPlate’s offerings, the step-by-step recipe was short and easy to follow, while still being packed with flavour.

In just half an hour, I had plated up the dish and sat down to eat at the table — exactly how a Monday night should be spent.
