Three people have been trapped by debris when a two-storey building partially collapsed in Sydney’s south.

The building on Hattersley St in Arncliffe partially collapsed about 9.15am on Thursday.

Fire and Rescue NSW said three people were trapped under the rubble but were freed soon after.

NSW Ambulance confirmed three people suffered minor injuries, including a woman in her 20s and two men in their 30s.

One person was taken to hospital.

Four fire trucks with crews totalling 12 firefighters were sent in for the rescue and clean up.
