Ingredients

• 1 cup self-raising flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup of milk
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup grated mozzarella
• 1/4 cup shredded pizza salami

Method

• In a bowl, whisk the ingredients and pop into patty pans in a muffin tray.
• Add the cheese and salami once the mixture is in the muffin tray.
• Bake in oven on 180 for 20 minutes.
