One of the sheep died, while three others had to be euthanised because of the severity of their injuries.
Two more suffered serious injuries.
The property owner discovered the injured animals when they arrived the following day and alerted police.
The residence on the property had also been entered and ransacked, with extensive disruption caused inside.
Major Crime officers launched an investigation into the incident, executing a search warrant at a Richardson property on October 8 and seizing items allegedly linked to the offences.
