Our rights mean little if the cost of defending them forces us to surrender. Action4Canada will not give up—but we need you beside us.
We are raising $100,000 to support two critical legal appeals: our COVID constitutional challenge and our defence against Tyson Cook’s defamation lawsuit. Both concern Canadians’ ability to challenge corruption at the highest levels of government, speak on matters of public interest and pursue justice.
Every donation helps us continue. Sharing this fundraiser helps us reach others and our goal sooner.
Case #1: COVID Appeal – Canadians Demand Justice
Since 2021, Action4Canada has been pursuing justice for Canadians harmed by the diabolical COVID measures that destroyed livelihoods, tore families and friends apart, and inflicted suffering on the elderly and our children. A4C’s legal action seeks accountability for government measures we maintain caused measurable harm, including death, and violated Canadians’ constitutional rights. We regard the COVID-19 scamdemic as a crime against humanity and one of the biggest coverups in medical history!
We knew when we filed our claim that this battle would not be easy. We are not giving up. We demand our day in court. We believe Justice Weatherill’s conduct and his September 24, 2026 decision striking our case in its entirety demonstrate a profound failure of the judicial system to fairly hear our challenge and bring the court into disrepute.
We are not alone in this fight. In the Netherlands, a civil lawsuit brought by seven individuals alleging COVID injection injuries seeks to hold Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, the Dutch state and other defendants personally accountable for deception and the resulting harm. They too, have faced major obstacles, but are making progress, with a hearing scheduled for October 22, 2026. Although the legal claims differ from ours, the determination is shared: bring the evidence before the courts and demand accountability.
Accepting what we believe was an outrageous, predetermined ruling would mean surrendering our pursuit of justice and accepting the erosion of the judicial safeguards Canadians depend upon. We refuse to do that. We are pursuing an appeal because truth and justice must prevail!
