An alleged sexual predator accused of posing as a casting agent to lure his victims has been charged.
The 57-year-old man, from Sydney’s inner west, is accused of offering false TV and film opportunities to aspiring young actors in exchange for sexual activity.
An investigation into the alleged scheme, involving allegedly falsified documents, was launched in November.

NSW Police raided the man’s Lewisham home about 9am on Friday.
The man was arrested, and documents and electronic items were seized from his home, police said.
The 57-year-old was charged with 11 offences and refused bail to appear in court on Saturday.
He faces six counts of possess identification information with intention to commit, facilitate indictable offence, three counts of deal with identification information to commit, facilitate indictable offence, and stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm.
He was also charged with procure child for prostitution.
The case highlights the potential dangers facing young people pursuing careers in the entertainment industry, with authorities urging aspiring actors to verify the legitimacy of casting calls and agents before attending auditions.
