Taking inspiration from the harbour city, the official running shoe of the TCS Sydney Marathon features a distinctive colourway and design elements that pay homage to Sydney’s most recognisable landmarks.

While the midsole’s blue tones reflect the waters of Sydney Harbour, the silver ASICS stripes mimic the parabolic design of the iconic Harbour Bridge, echoed further through the upper and midsole geometry.

The shoe’s clean white upper symbolises the clarity of mind achieved through the marathon journey, a nod toward ASICS’ Sound Mind, Sound Body philosophy that celebrates the power of movement to uplift the mind.

The best feature of the shoes, however, comes in the form of the sock liners, which feature the official course map and event date.
