Mazda has rolled out a raft of incremental changes to the CX-60, comprising minor specification tweaks and range-wide price changes.

The updated pricing means inline-six petrol and diesel models are now priced equally, removing the roughly $2000 upcharge that the diesel previously incurred. All P50e four-cylinder plug-in hybrids (PHEVs) are also now just $5000 more than their six-cylinder equivalents.

Overall, petrol-six G40e variants are up by $900, D50e diesels are $1100 cheaper, and P50e PHEVs have been reduced by a massive $7150.

Additionally, all models now get front cross-traffic alert and Cruising and Traffic Support, safety tech that was previously only available with the Evolve grade and up. Driver Emergency Assist has also been added as standard equipment.

Most significant is the addition of Mazda Connected Services on all grades. It’s the first time connected services have been available for the CX-60, having been available for the larger CX-70 and CX-80 SUVs since they launched.

Featuring an embedded eSIM and compatibility with the MyMazda smartphone app, the connected suite offers a range of connected and remote functions. These include emergency SOS call, geofencing, curfew notification, vehicle location, stolen vehicle assistance, and vehicle status monitoring.

The final change is the addition of Polymetal Grey Metallic paint, replacing the no-cost Sonic Silver Metallic option.

The CX-60 continues to be available with four powertrains – a four-cylinder, two six-cylinders, and a PHEV – and remains Mazda’s most versatile SUV on sale in Australia.

Pricing

Prices have changed across the board, but the biggest winners are PHEV-equipped P50e models, which are now all $7150 cheaper than they were at the start of 2026.

Drivetrains and Efficiency

Four powertrains remain available for the CX-60: a 2.5-litre four-cylinder, a 3.3-litre turbo-petrol six-cylinder, a 3.3-litre turbo-diesel six-cylinder, and a 2.5-litre four-cylinder PHEV.

Servicing and Warranty

Mazda Australia backs its range with a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty, and an eight-year, 160,000km warranty covers its high-voltage EV/PHEV batteries. Servicing for the CX-60 P50e is required every 12 months or 15,000km, whichever comes first.
