Trump & The Patriots Built A Weapon & They Are Ready To Unleash It, MAGA King ReturnsClick On Picture To See Larger Picture

BLS reports that the PPI has hit 11%. Gas prices are at an all time high and [JB] cancels the oil gas lease sale in Alaska and the Gulf Of Mexico. Watch the actions of the corrupt politicians. Baby food is given to illegals before American citizens. Trump calls out [JB], the people see the truth. The [DS] is now scrambling, the plan has been accelerated, the people are seeing everything play out. Irrefutable election fraud evidence has been released and the [DS] apparatus is in shambles. Trump and the patriots built the most powerful weapon and they are ready to unleash it against the [DS]. [JB] helps Trump and calls him the MAGA King so Trump uses this to his benefit. The MAGA king is about to return. Game Over.

  • The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) came out with its report on inflation this morning and it shows the Producer Price Index stands at 11%.
  • The BLS reports:

  • As gas prices reach new heights, Biden Administration cancels lease sales in Alaska and the Gulf of Mexico.
  • The Hill reported this morning that Biden is canceling oil and gas lease sales despite gas prices going through the roof.
  • The Biden Administration is not acting like a group of people who care about the United States.  This administration acts more like a group of people that want to destroy this country.  This is why it looks like Obama is really running the show.

Here’s the updated April 2022 wage vs inflation growth chart — based on BLS wage & CPI data. Bidenflation continues to eat into American household budgets. The gap between wages and inflation is not getting better. If you’re trying to support a family, it’s very ugly.

Illegal migrants first to get ‘pallets’ of hard-to-find baby formula

  • The nationwide shortage of baby formula that has sent mothers desperately rushing from store to store has evaded one lucky group: illegal immigrants detained by Border Patrol.
  • According to videos posted by a Florida lawmaker, the Biden administration has been shipping “pallets” of baby formula to migrant holding facilities.
  • “They are sending pallets, pallets of baby formula to the border,” said Republican Rep. Kat Cammack in one of two online postings yesterday. “Meanwhile, in our own district at home, we cannot find baby formula,” she added, holding a photo of empty shelves where the formula would be.

Doesn’t Bill Gates just have the best luck? Just like with the COVID vaccine— he makes an investment, and then suddenly there is a pandemic or shortage and everyone must line up for his product.

Of course he’s invested in lab produced breast milk!

  • Ten more European gas buyers have opened accounts in Gazprombank JSC, doubling the total number of clients preparing to pay in rubles for Russian gas as President Vladimir Putin demanded.

  • A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit on Tuesday against the state of Florida and Governor Ron DeSantis over the termination of Disney World’s Reedy Creek special district.
  • Judge Cecilia Altonaga of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida dismissed the lawsuit filed on behalf of the residents of Orange and Osceola counties claiming that the dissolution of Disney’s Reedy Creek bill was to punish Disney World and subsequently Florida taxpayers.
  • Judge Altonaga dismissed the lawsuit on two grounds. Orlando Weekly reported:
  • The first stated that the issue at hand was a state-level problem, and the federal court was the wrong venue for the case. The second argued that the plaintiffs did not have standing, as they could not prove any injury to themselves. The law has yet to take effect and the tax structure of a newly non-independent Disney World is not certain.“Plaintiffs’ theory of standing is that the elimination of the Reedy Creek Improvement District might result in financial harm to Plaintiffs by virtue of a tax increase that has not yet been enacted,” U.S. District Court Judge Cecilia Altonaga wrote in dismissing the case. “That indirect and highly speculative alleged injury cannot support federal jurisdiction.”
  • You can read the ruling here.

What did the filibuster have to do with the failure of the Dems' abortion bill in the Senate today????

51 Senators — a majority — voted NO on the bill.

It's like living in some surreal twisted world where Dems and media allies keep pretending the filibuster stopped the bill.

Fusion GPS will have to produce these documents to Special Counsel Durham by May 16, 2022. What do these e-mails and documents contain? The court’s order provides guidance, stating they relate to:

Internal Fusion GPS e-mails discussing the Alfa Bank data and e-mails circulating draft versions of the Alfa Bank white papers that were “ultimately provided to the press and the FBI.”

Here are some examples of what these e-mails might include. These are privilege logs in Fusion GPS’s other litigation relating to the Alfa Bank hoax.

This leaves 16 e-mails and documents remaining. For now, Durham will not get them. These are divided into two categories:

  1. Eight of the e-mails involve internal communications among Fusion GPS employees. The court was “unable to tell from the emails or the surrounding circumstances whether they were prepared for a purpose other than assisting Perkins Coie in providing legal advice to the Clinton Campaign in anticipation of litigaiton.” Coming from the court, that’s a long way of saying that the sworn declarations of Fusion/Clinton lawyers (Levy and Elias) were sufficient to meet the “privilege” burden. This doesn’t mean that Durham can’t overcome this hurdle – just that it hasn’t been overcome yet.
  2. The other eight e-mails and attachments include those among Fusion GPS’s Laura Seago, Sussmann, and Rodney Joffe. The court observed that the e-mails are consistent with Joffe’s assertion of privilege.

With respect to the Joffe e-mails, we note that he is still a subject – perhaps a target – of the Special Counsel’s investigation. Here’s a portion of the transcript from an evidentiary hearing in the Sussmann case that discusses their ongoing investigation into Joffe:

  • Because the investigation into Joffe is ongoing, it makes sense that the Special Counsel is hesitant to disclose to the court information that could overcome this purported “privilege.” Keep in mind the crime-fraud exception, where communications are not considered privilege where they “are made in furtherance of a crime, fraud, or other misconduct” (citation omitted). In other words, the Special Counsel may still be able to get Joffe’s e-mails – assuming Joffe is charged under 18 USC 1031. He can also get them through the grand jury process, as we saw with Mueller’s investigation of Paul Manafort.1
  • I’ll also add that the fact that privilege applies to some of these documents strengthens the Special Counsel’s argument that Sussmann was representing a client when he met with then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in September 2016.
  • As to the e-mails and documents Durham will obtain, he cannot use them during trial. The court considered Durham’s efforts to be too close to the May 16, 2022 trial date to allow these e-mails and documents into trial. I’m not sure that matters. Sussmann is facing a false statement charge, and the court observed these e-mails are not “particularly revelatory.”
  • Finally, while “Court takes no position on the other approximately 1500 documents that Fusion GPS withheld as privileged,” we can assume based on this ruling that the majority of those documents would not be privileged. Durham will likely get most of them.

Disinformation Diva Nina Jankowicz Spread Alfa Bank Hoax Before 2016 Election
  • Nina Jankowicz, head of the Department of Homeland Security’s new Disinformation Governance Board, spread the Alfa Bank hoax that is currently at the heart of Special Counsel John Durham’s prosecution of a Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer.
  • On November 1, 2016, Jankowicz tweeted a Clinton tweet that included the elements of the Alfa Bank hoax, which was later discredited.
  • The hoax was pushed by the Clinton campaign aide Jake Sullivan, who now serves as National Security Advisor under President Joe Biden.
  • Sullivan’s role has been mentioned in court filings by the Special Counsel, who is prosecuting former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sullivan for lying to the FBI when he passed along information relating to the Alfa Bank allegations, claiming he was just a concerned citizen and allegedly concealing his work for the campaign.

Elon Musk Goes Viral With Tweet Ripping ‘Inaccurate, Slanderous’ News

Project Veritas released documents provided by an FBI whistleblower showing that the agency is targeting news media organizations in the US with secret criminal investigations.

  • The unnamed whistleblower, who has been a special agent for many years and is still employed with the bureau, provided the classified documents to Project Veritas in hopes of exposing the corruption and politically-motivated targeting that has taken over the FBI.
  • Based on what he has seen from the inside, these issues are rampant and the law enforcement agency is regularly using its vast powers to target political opponents and opposing voices that dissent from the approved narrative.
  • According to the documents he provided, the FBI opened a criminal investigation into Project Veritas with a “SIM” [sensitive investigative matter] classification.
  • From the whistleblower:

“There’s a number of very troubling things that are happening in the FBI… Project Veritas appears to be a victim of political undertakings, which is where this agency [the FBI] has gone.

The file that your talking about is background on the Project Veritas investigation that resulted in the search warrant at your premises. We don’t see a lot of investigations into news organizations, it’s not common. To see a criminal investigation, particularly one categorized the way this is, is alerting and surprising based on the public information that is provided.

And, it’s not just a handful of rogue Leftist agents who are running wild. The whistleblower confirmed that these decisions are decided by the top brass at each FBI field office.

Whistleblower: “So, SIM is a classification. That means it’s a ‘sensitive investigative matter.’ Because it’s sensitive it could be a political figure, it could be a news organization.”

Okeefe: “Who makes the classification?”

WB: “It would usually be identified by the case agents who are working it. And it’s also done in conjunction with the Chief Division Counsel of that field office – who is going to be the top internal lawyer… In this case, it is restricted because even the name of the subject [in this investigation] would indicate the [politically-driven] nature of what’s going on.”

US appeals court rules California’s under-21 gun sales ban is unconstitutional

  • A U.S. appeals court ruled  that California’s ban on the sale of semiautomatic weapons to adults under 21 is unconstitutional. In a 2-1 ruling, a panel of the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said Wednesday the law violates the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms and a San Diego judge should have blocked what it called “an almost total ban on semiautomatic centerfire rifles” for young adults.  Judge Ryan Nelson wrote. “Today we reaffirm that our Constitution still protects the right that enabled their sacrifice: the right of young adults to keep and bear arms.”

  •  North Korea on Thursday reportedly launched three short-range ballistic missiles toward the Sea of Japan, days before President Biden is scheduled to arrive in neighboring South Korea.

False Flags

  • President Joe Biden heads into Thursday’s second Global COVID-19 Summit in an awkward position: pushing for more funding to fight the virus globally while struggling to get the money at home.
  • “Without timely COVID funding, more Americans will die needlessly,” Biden said Monday. “We will lose our place in line for America to order new COVID treatments and vaccines in the fall, including next-generation vaccines under development.”

  • The Los Angeles school board delayed the implementation of a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for students for a second time in 2022.
  • The school board had first announced that it would enforce a vaccine mandate for all Los Angeles students starting in January 2022 but later delayed enforcement until the start of the 2022–2023 school year.
  • But the Los Angeles Board of Education on Tuesday unanimously approved a measure that delays the mandate after a proposal from Superintendent Alberto Carvalho, according to the Los Angeles Unified School district in a news release. Now, the vaccine rule will be delayed until at least July 1, 2023, according to the ordinance.

  • Republican Congressmen Jim Jordan and Mike Johnson received documents from FBI whistleblowers that reveal the bureau targeted parents who protested CRT and Covid rules despite Attorney General Merrick Garland’s claims it never happened.
  • One mom was investigated because she belonged to a ‘right-wing group’ called “Moms for Liberty” and because she owned a gun.
  • Another dad who opposed masks was investigated because he fit the bill of an “insurrectionist” because he “has a lot of guns.”
  • Last fall, the National School Board Association (NSBA) coordinated with the Biden White House weeks before AG Merrick Garland classified parents “domestic terrorists” in a letter to the FBI. The NSBA begged Biden to use federal law enforcement agencies against parents and investigate them for “domestic terrorism and hate crime threats.” They shamelessly claim the situation is so dire that he should use the Patriot Act, among other “enforceable actions” against them.
  • Merrick Garland targeted parents who dare speak out against Critical Race Theory (CRT) because his son-in-law makes millions off of selling the Marxist literature across the country.

  • NYCA recently compiled a list of 28 grievances detailing what they believe to be material election fraud in the NY 2020 General Election. Their grievances are based on data gathered from official sources. Each grievance is linked to specific violations of state and federal election law. All told, they are looking at over 2,000,000 questionable registrations and votes. According to the Secretary of State, Biden’s certified margin of victory was 1,992,889 votes. In that context, the number of items discovered by NYCA should be plenty to persuade any honest official that an investigation is necessary and that decertification has to be an option.
  • NYCA turned their list of grievances into 15 petitions tailored to each of the 15 counties and sent them out for signatures. Today, after gathering more than 2,000 signatures, NYCA served their petitions on officials in Albany, the state capitol. The Soros-backed NY attorney general, Letitia James, is one of those officials. It will be interesting to see how she reacts.
  • To get an idea of what they are complaining about, here are some excerpts from the Nassau-county petition:
  • Mismatched vote counts between the Secretary of State, precincts, and NY Board of Elections amounting to a 272,435 vote discrepancy (violation of Election Law 17-126 and 17-127)
  • Nine counties had 1,899,730 registrations in the state voter rolls that are missing from the corresponding county rolls (violation of Election Law 17-126 and 17-136, and 17-152)
  • Seven counties record 195,271 votes cast in the 2020 General Election that are missing from the corresponding state records for the same individuals (violation of Election Law 17-104, 17-124, 17-126, 17-132, 17-136, 17-152, 17-160, and 17-170)
  • A minimum of 299,920 voters have more than one voter ID number (violation of Election Law 17-104, 17-126 and 17-132, and 17-160)
  • NY state and at least 14 counties have denied multiple Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests for election records (violation of Election Law 17-150)
  • The remedies sought by NYCA seem appropriate given the evidence. They demand:
  1. Decertification of the New York State 2020 General Election
  2. Full forensic audit of the election
  3. Criminal and financial penalties and enforcement for those officials involved.

Genesee County election supervisor charged with ballot tampering, misconduct in office

  • Michigan’s Attorney General has charged a Genesee County official with ballot tampering.
  • Kathy Funk is now Genesee County’s election supervisor, but the charges date back to 2020 when she was the Flint Township clerk.
  • Funk narrowly won the August Democratic primary to hold on to the clerk’s job.
  • After the primary, Funk reported a break in at the township office. She claimed a seal on a ballot container had been broken.
  • But after a Michigan State Police investigation, the Attorney General’s office now alleges Funk purposely broke the seal. Under state law, votes in a container with a broken seal can not be counted in a recount.
  • Funk is facing ballot tampering and misconduct in office charges. Each a five-year felony. The Attorney General’s office said an arraignment date will be set by the 67th District Court.

  • Joe Biden  is trying to demonize the “MAGA people” and President Donald Trump, coming up with terms like “Ultra MAGA,” and calling them extreme every 15 minutes. They’re concentrating on that, not dealing with inflation or doing their jobs. They have no record to stand on, so this is all they can think to do.
  • But whatever brain trust was behind this “MAGA strategy” came up with a hilarious one, with Biden being instructed to call Trump, “The Great MAGA King” which he said during the remarks he gave to the IBEW in Chicago.

Trump couldn’t have written that better to show how desperate they are and fearful of him.Trump had a great response on Truth Social, mocking and having great fun with the obsession of Biden and the Democrats.

LISTEN: Bombshell Audio Reveals Lindsey Graham Claiming Nation Will Unify Around Biden After Jan. 6, Saying He’s ‘Maybe the Best Person to Have, Right?’

  • Newly-released audio shows Sen. Lindsey Graham telling a New York Times reporter that Joe Biden is “maybe the best person to have” and that he will unify the nation after the protest on January 6.
  • New York Times reporters Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns gave the audio to CNN to promote their new book, This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future.
  • The call reportedly took place as Capitol police were still trying to clear out the building.
  • “We will actually come out of this thing stronger. Moments like this reset. It’ll take a while. People will calm down. People will [say] ‘I don’t want to be associated with that.’ This is a group within a group. What this does, it’ll be a rallying effect for a while, where the country says, ‘We’re better than this,’” Graham told Martin.
